Conversion Study

A Conversion Study meets the requirements of State of Washington law, Chapter 64.34 and 64.55 RCW. The general purpose of the study is to document and describe to the extent reasonable ascertainable, the present condition of all structural components and mechanical and electrical installations material to the use and enjoyment of the condominium. This is required by the State in order to convert a building to a condominium. The most common situation is the conversion of apartment buildings to condominiums, although we have worked on other conversion situations (conversion to condominiums of a mobile home park ).
